Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of our revenue operations process and systems stack. They will ensure that our sales, marketing, and customer success teams have the necessary tools, processes, and systems to achieve our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement revenue operations strategy to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
Partner with senior leaders in sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve their teams productivity and increase revenue.
Manage and oversee Salesforce, ensuring the system is optimized for our business needs, including CPQ, Billing, and financial reporting.
Develop reporting that surfaces insights to leadership, then monitor and analyze key revenue performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive solutions both in operations and cross-functionally.
Create and maintain processes and documentation for sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations and Salesforce administration.
Manage vendor relationships for revenue operations-related tools and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields.
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration, including experience with Salesforce Lightning. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through process optimization and systems implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation: From $130,000 depending on experience + bonus (85% base & 15% variable)
