Position Summary:

SomaLogic is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our Life Sciences team. As a Sales Ops Administrator, your primary focus in this role will be to support the sales organization with administrative tasks as needed, including management of meetings & operations with Strategic Partnership customers and general support of the Life Sciences Commercial Leadership Team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Leadership Team with Administrative and other tasks as needed.
Schedule, plan and facilitate internal and external meetings, including Global Sales Meetings
Coordination and travel arrangements for various sales leaders.
Working knowledge of CRM to support function and maintain quality control.
Work with the legal department to expedite all signatures on partner agreements ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and signed.
Work on special projects as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills, especially written.
Excellent organizational / time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport, create connections, and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-enterprise.
Advanced MS Office Suite experience.
CRM / Salesforce.com application knowledge preferred, ability to learn new software platforms.
Experience supporting legal and/or financial departments.
Able to observe strict confidentiality in all aspects of services provided to the team, especially with regard to clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to proactively seek out solutions.
Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to travel, approximately 10-15% on average.

Education and Other Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
5+ years’ experience in an administrative and/or sales admin role
Strong client communication skills
Ability to work in a cross functional environment
Communication and analytical skills are fundamental requirements for success
CRM / Salesforce.com (lightning) application knowledge as super users
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong people skills
Strong analytical ability
