Sonic Tools USA is actively seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team located and headquartered in Auburn, Alabama.

The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. Primary responsibilities will be to ensure smooth sales opeations and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets. Duties include: Coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to work effectivel in a fast-paced sales environment.

This position reports directly to the Revenue Operations Manager and will work closely with the marketing and sales team members to deliver key results.

Key Criteria/Minimum Requirements/Skills

Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities, including order processing, quotations, and product/service information.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery times.
Collaborate with various internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the sales team to support decision-making and sales strategies.
Maintain customer databases and update customer information, including contact details, preferences, and purchase history.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and events as required.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting minutes.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to contribute to sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient workflow and support their day-to-day activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus).
Proven experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
Knowledge of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the customer experience industry or a related field.
Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.
Previous experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
