About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations & Marketing Executive to support our marketing, operational, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Marketing & Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
Coordinate campaign activities and track performance metrics
Support lead generation and follow-up processes

2.Data Management & Reporting

Maintain and update business databases
Generate performance reports and dashboards
Track leads and campaign effectiveness
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, reports, and proposals

3.Operations & Administration

Provide administrative and operational support
Coordinate meetings and maintain documentation
Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations

4.Customer Interaction

Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads
Maintain strong client relationships
Support customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives

Required Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of marketing concepts
Familiarity with data management and reporting practices
