Primary Objective:

The Revenue Operations Support and Lead Generator is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while focused on growing business through lead generation and sales administration.

Responsibilities include:

Lead sourcing for the Sales team and assigning leads for Sales reps.
Creation of new accounts singularly or via CSV importing via NetSuite.
Ensuring opportunities from Sales rep contain adequate and correct information for the Sales Operations Rep. Verifying agreements for accuracy.
Sales administrative tasks including verifying contracts, Opportunity is thoroughly created for processing and assigning to Sales Operations Rep
Sales rep reactive support throughout the sales process.
Support the training of new Sales reps and continuing training for the existing Sales team.
Salesforce.com and NetSuite data analysis including but not limited to data entry, data cleanup, Sales rep assignments and troubleshooting.
Assist with projects monitoring progress to ensure that tasks are being completed on time while communicating with stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales operations and lead generation
High school diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in office management or an administrative role.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
A track record of hitting and exceeding goals
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Google Drive, and Excel preferred

Position is Remote. Considering candidates in the Southeast U.S. including FL, NC & TX .
