Global Chief Revenue Officer, Programmatic Video Ad Tech - $200,000 - 325,000 base + Double OTE and Equity

The Company

My client is one of the most established Ad Tech vendors in the Video space. They've grown by over 50% in 2022 and are on track to remain highly profitable this year as they scale their leadership team and invest in their product.

This role will have you covering their global commercial team, leading Sales and Customer Success and all commercial operations, reporting into the CEO of the start-up.

With huge growth plans, and incredible USP and Equity in the business this is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of!

The Role

As a CRO you will be:

Selling the company's innovative technology proposition Agencies and Advertisers around the world
Responsible for the entire Commercial division of the company
Be responsible for building and scaling sales functions
Set sales process and develop playbooks
Lead from the front, still being involved in Sales whenever needed.
Report to the Board of Directors for company strategy and growth
Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
Attending various trade shows and events

Ambitious and driven self-starter with great agency contacts within the Hold Cos
Exceptionally well connected in the Advertising Space
Experience talking at events and leading industry discussions
Considerable Video experience
Considerable management experience
Experience establishing and scaling sales divisions
Good knowledge of Programmatic
Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
A fire in your belly to talk the start-up to the next level!
