What You Do:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you manage and organize data from our corporate website, CRM software, and other resources in support of our sales team. You will work with sales management and other departments to provide actionable insights to drive growth, as well as evaluate and report key operational metrics including forecasting, analytics, productivity, and operational efficiencies.

Your Background Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, Management, or related)
Sales: Experience working in commission-based sales environments preferred
Knowledge: Knowledgeable in general sales strategies and basic data analysis
Communication: Able to effectively communicate and present complicated data to all levels of business staff
Time Management: Consistency and organization with daily activities, prioritizing multiple projects
Leadership: Initiative to drive both personal and organizational goals
Computer Skills: Intermediate Excel skills required. Experience using CRM software and other data analysis & visualization tools is a plus
Problem Solving: Passionate about solving problems using data and strives for operational excellence
