Sales Operations is an integral function for Stepstone Group with the mission to support and enable sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic & tactical direction and reducing friction in the sales process.We are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Executive to join our Planning and Controlling team, who support the growth of our business by delivering on critical sales processes and projects to ensure we build a platform to drive the scalable growth of the business. You will be responsible for addressing day to day operational questions, and actively collaborating and leading projects aligned to the Sales Operations team priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Target setting: Participate in target setting process each quarter, aligning with changes in the sales organisation and maintain live renewal targets, updating the target months and / or target owners where required.
Territories management: Work with sales leaders to ensure territory model is applied across the teams. Manage the territories change process for sales reps, to build/reassign territories.
Sales capacity planning: Continue to evolve the sales headcount model aligned with HR and finance teams aligned to defined territories.
Rules of engagement: Manage and support incoming queries from sales reps around the rules of engagement / business policies, account, and lead allocation. Execute on account ownership changes in line with defined business rules.
End of month processes: Assist finance and commissions teams with the month end processes.
Systems: Work with Salesforce and supporting tools such as MS office.
Ad hoc activities: Lead and own evolving requests to support the needs of the business working with required stakeholders e.g., one-time incentive programmes.

Skills, know-how and experience:

Strong analytical skills to pro-actively tackle challenges
Effective communicator
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Good MS Office skills, specifically with Excel
Problem solver
Accurate with strong attention to detail
Independent worker that can effectively prioritise and manage time
Positive attitude to work and change
Ideally experience with Salesforce Lightning CRM
