Strategic Risk Solutions Inc (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company management firm, is growing and looking for a highly motivated Sale Operations Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales data and analytics, overseeing sales tools and technologies and for collaborating with SRS departments to ensure alignment between sales goals and overall business objectives. This is a fully remote position with some travel involved.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Analyze historical data and marketing trends to contribute to more accurate sales forecasting.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems.
Assist in designing and managing sales territories, targets and ensuring sales is covering markets and maximizing opportunities.
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads through each stage.
Collaborate with SRS departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Design and implement incentive compensation plans.

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in sales operations and mangement preferably in the insurance industry
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional excel analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Strong knowledge of CRM software; HubSpot preferred or Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
