The position available is for a Admin Assistant who takes pride in what they do. This is more than just a job… It is a chance to be part of an exciting, rapidly growing organisation with a big vision for the future.

Key responsibilities for the position include:

Supporting the team of sales consultants with customer follow ups e.g. following up on completed quotes and contracts pending approval
Point of contact for leads, qualification of leads and Sales team appointment setting with clients.
Ensure all new and existing sales opportunities via phone, email, website or in person are actioned and entered into the CRM system in timely manner.
Generating sales related forms and documentation
Effective document control and management
Open communication with sales, and client services team.
Work to and enforce company policy, procedures and process

Requirements for the position include:

Previous construction experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
High level accuracy and attention to detail
Enthusiastic and professional disposition
Strong communications skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality and sensitive information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
