Distributor, converter, and manufacturer of non-woven textiles located in McHenry is looking for a Sales Operation Specialist/ Inside Sales Representative. This is an important salary plus sales incentive program position at a growing company that appreciates, values, and recognizes all employees. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, a fast learner, a team player and be able to multi-task in a fast- paced office environment. Background in Sales with leadership skills required.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Director the job responsibilities include:

1) Reviews, enters, confirms Purchase Orders within 24 hours of receipt.

2) Answers phone calls to assist current and potential customers with questions or issues.

3) Reviews, processes, and answers internal and external E Mails in a timely manner.

4) Create inside sales opportunities by handling potential new customer inquiries / leads through Live Chat, company website inquiries, trade show leads and phone calls.

5) Enters new customer information into the CRM System.

6) Prepares quotes to existing and potential customers.

7) Coordinates, sends out samples to existing and potential customers.

8) Follows up as needed on quotes or samples that have been sent out.

9) Supports the Regional Sales Manager.

10) Helps customers to determine best way shipping and other logistical issues.

11) Helps with customer complaints when needed.

12) Required learning of product lines and customer applications through inside and other training opportunities.

13) Supports other Sales Operations Team members when needed.

14) Handles other tasks as assigned.

The experience, skills and education needed to be successful include:

· Preferred hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

· Ability to multi-task

· At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.

· Experience working with Microsoft Office Products especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Exceptional communication and follow-up skills required.

· Excellent math, conversion skills.

· Organized with attention for detail.

· Team player

· Bi-lingual Spanish and English helpful but not required.
