SuperProd Consulting (https://www.superprod.in) is a boutique product and growth advisory firm serving startups and organizations that need an interim PM or require app/web development services without client intervention. We are similar to a product development studio except that we do growth hacking, product requirements elicitation and gathering, design thinking workshops, and many other things that a conventional product development agency would not be capable of doing. I founded this firm in 2017 and have been working independently with startups since then. I have a team of consultants working alongside me and they help with all aspects of digital marketing, UI/UX, graphic design, and development.

Responsibilities

As the co-founder of the firm, you are required to don several hats, however, the primary responsibility would be that of a Chief Revenue Officer. I am looking for someone with proven expertise and at least 10+ years of experience bringing business to similar firms. If you've worked with a design agency or a product development studio in the past as BD head or Sales Head, you could be an ideal person for this role. We are not looking for someone who would want to do this only as a full-time job but as a cofounder who would have stakes in the company's development and growth. Part-time work is also welcome. You need not devote 8 hours to this venture. You could have a daytime job and work alongside your full-time role. You would need to have very strong connections with startup founders and venture builders, typically early-stage ones. There is no investment required in this role. However, no salary would be offered until we grow our business to a stage where we actually generate revenues. Basically, you take a cut out of your earnings. But you get the support of a whole team to back you when you need us. I would also be assisting with sales and business development as and when the need arises.

Qualifications

a. Strong educational background and good schooling are a must. I am not very particular about the IIT/IIM or any Indian bigwig university's alum status. I'd prefer it if you're educated abroad in a globally renowned university. I am myself a UCLA Anderson alum. However, if you have an IIT/IIM pedigree it won't hurt. But a good high school is an irreplaceable requirement.

b. Atleast 10+ years of experience building businesses from scratch or developing accounts for large corporate organizations with a focus on startup initiation or venture building.

c. Good communication skills (and I mean it when I say extremely good communication skills!).

d. A persuasive nature and ability to influence multiple stakeholders and most importantly, the client. :)
