Founded in 2018, Swiss-SDI is primarily a service company (consulting, development) active in various sectors such as watchmaking, public transport, energy, e-commerce or industry. For several years, Swiss-SDI has been developing products in the energy sector and has recently created a department dedicated to accelerating their development. Your missions

As CRO, you will be responsible for the overall revenue strategy of the business including sales, leads, partnerships and product and service revenues. Your primary mission will be to maximize the company's revenues by identifying new growth opportunities, developing a commercial strategy to achieve sales targets and overseeing the sales team to ensure they meet revenue targets. Your time will be split between sales targets for Swiss-SDI services and product development strategy. Your tasks within Swiss-SDI are as follows.

Services

Define the commercial strategy and its indicators
Contribute to the prospecting of clients, negotiation, contract closing and monitoring of client satisfaction
Develop and increase sales throughout Switzerland (market segmentation, opportunities, identification of customer needs, reinforcement of the marketing strategy, etc.)
Structure the sales pitch
Set sales targets for the team
Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to achieve sales targets

Development

Define the development strategy
Contribute to the prospecting of clients, negotiation, contract closing and monitoring of client satisfaction
Develop and increase sales throughout Switzerland and Europe (market segmentation, opportunities, identification of customer needs, strengthening of marketing strategy, etc.)
Develop a product-specific sales strategy
Structure the sales pitch
Set sales targets for the team
Challenge the product development strategy
Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to achieve sales targets
Define appropriate product pricing

Your profile

you have 5 years of experience in sales and commercial strategy or in business development
you are autonomous, proactive, curious, creative, sociable and have leadership skills
you are familiar with sales and communication techniques: prospecting, negotiation, closing, customer follow-up
you are familiar with the entire sales cycle and have extensive commercial expertise
you have strategic and business intuition
you identify opportunities,
you create new markets,
you identify competitive advantages,
you propose budgetary compromises,
etc.
you have a result-oriented mindset
you are familiar with AI and its applications or have a strong desire to learn about it
you are a good listener to your colleagues and have good interpersonal skills
