Our sophisticated AI platform is based on cutting edge machine learning and natural language processing. We provide customised account and prospect intelligence, timing signals, and messaging hooks.

Our buyers are senior level Sales and Marketing professionals in high-growth B2B Tech businesses and we need a hungry and highly skilled Senior BDR/SDR to help us reach them.

What We’re Looking For

You will directly contribute to our revenue growth by introducing Tactic to new prospects, identifying customer pain points, uncovering opportunities, and growing the pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who uses their initiative to get us in front of the right people and is a true go-getter: you’ll be excited to have big targets and smash them.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a high-growth startup with a ground breaking product at an early stage.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Lead outbound prospecting and sales activities through phone, email, and social media outreach
Schedule meetings, product demos, and provide product information to potential clients
Create and maintain a pipeline of new leads and opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

At least 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or business development role in B2B Tech/SAAS
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM software and lead management
Knowledge of SAAS sales cycles and experience selling to mid-market and enterprise-level clients
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
