To achieve our ambitious goals, we must bring an established sales leader onto the team. We are seeking a strategic, flexible leader to become our first Chief Revenue Officer and help drive our company to significant growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead the entire global sales organization as the strategic sales leader
Serve as key relationship driver and strategic counsel to C-Suite client
stakeholders
Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership on sales and business development strategies for short term and long-term business results
Lead data driven GTM strategy to help position the company and core products in the marketplace to capture greater market share
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics
Collaborate and integrate effectively with key stakeholders in marketing, product, and finance to ensure best practices and deploy strategic growth initiatives to meet business goals
Lead a broader and robust approach to operational sales excellence grounded in data, key metrics, and KPIs
Coach, mentor, and retain a global sales team to drive revenue and adapt a data centric sales operating model aligned with continued business growth
Report regularly to the executive team and board
International travel as required to build relationships with global teams in sales and across key partners

Requirements:

15+ years of progressive sales experience in a related industry with proven leadership in quantifiable growth
Track record in increasing YOY growth, establishing strategic sales roadmap and defining value-added propositions, with an emphasis on enterprise sales
Proven experience in data-driven decision making using KPIs and metrics
Demonstrated experience structuring and mentoring large sales functions
while retaining existing talent
Confident and effective communicator, highly skilled at cross-functional collaboration
Passionate, intelligent, results-oriented leader with extensive experience developing and executing strategies that drive growth and value
Exceptional cross functional management and project management skills and experience
An entrepreneurial drive and work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced and high- growth environment
Team oriented with the ability to manage up effectively and guide and empower a a growing team
Experience working in a global organization, strongly preferred
