The candidate will be fully accountable for the Sales organisation's GTM function & P&L. You will have a proven sales history opening and closing multi-million dollar deals with large retailers, national distributors, and large online sellers. (we aren't looking for someone to sell in single small numbers).

This is a new venture so you will be hiring a lead product marketer and social media team to build out the GTM function.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for long-term sales strategy, market landing & expansion in the U.S., partnership with national and large businesses, building sales channels, setting up sales policies and budgets, and completing sales goals
Align with branding strategy and promotion plans, to implement and track it to make sure everything is seamless
Responsible for market and competitor analysis, and studying different competitor products to report to the higher management for R&D renovation and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Ideally a real go-getter - knows whom to go to and negotiates large unit deals directly from a manufacturer
Experience in a sales role MUST have SaaS industry experience
Must come equipped with established connections and have the ability to get in front of senior buyers in large corporations
Sales channel-building experiences (e.g., national distributors/wholesalers/large retailers/online partnerships)
