Job Overview

Our client's Enterprise Revenue Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist Contractor to support the Enterprise Business team with general Salesforce.com inquiries, data stewardship, and reviewing closed Opportunities as part of the Quote-to-Cash process. Daily, this role will work closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure we book our Sales Orders in accordance with Company policies and confirm the timely and accurate delivery of key Customer provisioning and billing details. This role will also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and quality throughout the system. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of working under tight timelines and understand the B2B Subscription SaaS model and Salesforce.com. Responsibilities

Verify submitted Order Forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to sales order acceptance policies
Ensure the timely and accurate handoff of the Customer’s provisioning details to the Implementation Services team for the delivery of products and services
Perform audits on closed orders to ensure delivery of the product was completed and coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve invoicing issues
Coordinate with Revenue Operations leadership to enforce best practices around deal structure, order form guidelines, and all other pre-sale processes for a smooth booking process
Support the Enterprise Business team with general Salesforce.com inquiries, data stewardship, and Quote-to-Cash process improvements
Perform territory and Salesforce data updates as needed to maintain

Requirements

4+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Order Management role
Experience working in a B2B SaaS subscription business model
Experience performing data updates to key Sales information in Salesforce.com such as Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities
Ability to create custom reports in Salesforce.com for End users and Management to analyze our business performance=
Must have business customer service skills and a can-do attitude
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work with sales executives.
Knowledge of key SaaS metrics such as ACV, ARR, Churn, and Renewal Rate is a plus
Experience working with a quoting/CPQ solution
