The current IT organization relies mainly on an information manager who operates our systems and maintains them in operational conditions in Paris.

The selected Hire will assist with workplace support for all our users in the United States and will report directly to the IT Workplace and Infrastructure manager onsite.

This individual will be working with other workplace support teams, mostly Paris, New York, and San Francisco. The position holder will assist with and eventually carry out effective problem management, quality support, and installations.

He/She will safeguard a high-level quality of the business applications, services and workstation environments he/she will be given the responsibility of support. On a daily basis he/she will deal with incidents, requests, and more.

Versatility is the rule in this support desk role. This technical profile should therefore have knowledge in many areas: the employee workstation environment, the system and network architecture, security, ability to identify incidents, the needs for change and the components involved (hardware, software. He/She will work closely with the infrastructure manager and team, while keeping up to date thanks to a technology watch. The ability to follow and lead are essential.

Technical Skills

Good knowledge about Enterprise information system

Mastery of the architecture of the production system and its operation

Mastery of different types of operating systems.

Good knowledge of safety procedures and constraints

Mastery of production methods and standards (ITIL)

Ability to manage providers, outsourcing companies.

Diplomas Required/Qualifications:

Diploma Type: Bachelor’s degree in information technology

Engineering school (IT, telecoms, generalists)
