The Bayshore is seeking an experienced and empathetic Business Operations Director to lead our Accounting/Billing and HR Functions with warmth, precision, and purpose. This role is ideal for someone who values both operational efficiency and genuine human connection—someone who thrives on supporting teams, creating smooth systems, and ensuring that everyone feels seen and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Office with professionalism and heart.
Support staff and residents through thoughtful communication and timely follow-through.
Oversee billing, budgets, payroll, and records with strong attention to detail.
Partner across departments to improve processes and foster a positive workplace culture.
Model empathy, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
Leads community recruiting and retention efforts, hosting and organizing community orientation program
Supervise the Front Desk Concierge staff (two or more full-time/equivalent receptionists and /or concierges). Carry out supervisory responsibilities and give thoughtful coaching and feedback to ensure all staff members are following our philosphy of hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in office or operations management (senior living, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; emotionally intelligent leadership style.
Strong organizational abilities and comfort with budgeting, reporting, and compliance. A collaborative mindset and commitment to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
