Who we are looking for

A group Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) based in Germany (Berlin is preferable).

As the group CRO, you will be responsible for the organization’s sales and commercialization strategy, financial forecasting, and reporting. You will define and implement the systems, policies, and processes that drive each pillar of the group to achieve financial targets. In addition, you will manage the commercialization departments across the group (sales and marketing) people, and priorities.

Responsibilities

Establish relevant business KPIs for the company to track.
Create and execute commercial strategies aimed at accelerating growth.
Study industry trends and create an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities.
Manage the commercial and sales teams to improve key metrics.
Heavily involved in the motivation, drive, and development of new talent within the commercialization teams.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and make sure they are met.
Responsible for ensuring all business activities are in line with the organization’s commercial objectives.
Work with the marketing team to create strategies that boost the company and product awareness.
Develop partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at accelerating the company’s commercial growth.
Assist in the development of budgets and other financial systems within the company.
Responsible for the approval of the company's product pricing and positioning.
Design, implement, and operate a revenue model. This includes reviewing data, metrics, and reports to drive and optimize performance in the business

What you’ll need

+10 years experience in a Commercial, CRO or similar role.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
Experience working in an agency business is preferred.
Proven experience in sales and client relationship management.
Experience in market research and analysis.
Knowledge of budgeting processes and performance reporting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Skills in strategic and business planning would be important.
Must be a self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized.
Flexible and adaptable management style.
Vision, strategic planning and a hands-on approach.
Customer and user experience and insights.
Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Revenue domains.
