As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be right at the heart of the action. Bringing your analytical mind, professionalism, ability to ask the right questions and an excellent work ethic, you’ll partner with our Member Success Team to ensure that our members are getting the most value out of their experience.

We can’t wait to see you:

· Provide operational support to the Member Success team to enhance our member experience.

· Utilise Salesforce and Pardot to track member engagement, gather insights, and create actionable reports.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and ensuring their success.

· Stakeholder engagement- partnering with our Chairs (internal lingo for mentors) to gather insights and resolve any challenges

· Digging deeper to understand the cause of an issue and what could be done to solve it

Here’s what we hope you’ll bring:

· Previous experience in a similar role with a passion for member focused operations

· You’re a Salesforce pro and know how to best leverage it for member analytics. You are also proficient in Pardot, Excel and other business analytics tools.

· Strong analytic skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

· You’re organised and self-reliant and love working both collaboratively and independently.

· You’re a team player - someone who’s trusted by your colleagues and stakeholders to get results.
