Chief Revenue Officer

As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for leading our sales, partnerships, revenue operations, and revenue strategy by driving the execution of the company's objectives and vision. Working closely with senior leadership, the CRO will be responsible for managing our long-range revenue planning and strategy, identifying market opportunities, creating effective positioning with target customers and ensuring the sales and account management teams execute against our targets and goals. What You will Do

Partner with senior leadership to set and execute upon strategic plan and objectives. Work with senior leadership team in order to design and execute overall company objectives and connectivity to Revenue organization. Design, implement, manage revenue-specific plans and objectives connected to overarching company goals and strategy.
Set, manage, and lead execution of Revenue organization P&L. Independently drive revenue-specific attainment targets and costs across Sales, Account management, and Partnerships. Suggest budgeting modifications and opportunities to senior leadership team.
Set, manage, and lead execution and evolution of Revenue strategy and operational objectives. Translate corporate objectives and revenue KPIs into clear and actionable plans across Revenue organization. Clearly manage strategic initiatives across organization in an interconnected way.
Manage (and modify, as necessary) Revenue funnel, analytics, and opportunities. Clearly identify and monitor end-to-end analytics across top/middle/bottom of revenue funnel. Suggest and implement strategies to meet overall revenue goals and targets leveraging these analytics.
Monitor and drive the evolving customer opportunity and market movement in order to set forward-strategy. Engage with and monitor market activity in order to better understand expansion of customer opportunity set and influence evolution of market overall.
Build and own competitive intelligence infrastructure. Design matrix of competitive differentiators, influencing evolution of same given the positioning of products and services strategically in the market.
Set up and manage Account Management team. Design, execute on hiring, and manage Account Management team to optimize revenue opportunity across long-term clients.
Set up and manage Partnerships team. Design, execute on hiring, and manage Partnerships team to optimize revenue opportunity across clients.
Collaborate with finance, product management, and rest of leadership team on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals. As a key leadership team stakeholder, work cross-functionally to drive holistic opportunity across Revenue team to reflect company objectives.

Requirements

10+ years of experience working in a Financial Services or Fintech company driving and implementing revenue growth in financial services industry
Significant general management and P&L experience
Ability to keep pace with change and adapt covering Business, Operations, Regulatory, Compliance and Technology in Financial Services industry
Excellent execution skills with ability to work at an extremely fast pace
Established history of decision-making based on business metrics
Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
