POSITION SUMMARY: Sales Operations Manager

Custom made simple is what we strive for to meet our customers’ needs here at The Shade Store. The Sales Operations Manager works directly with the Director of Sales and Customer Operations in a support role to seamlessly deliver on these expectations. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing compliance to service levels in our Omni-Channel Platforms: Phone Sales/Live Chat. In this role you will be analyzing/presenting results while making recommendations to improve the customer experience. The initiatives in place to accomplish these goals are as follows:

Collaborate with Sales Leadership Team to ensure compliance to Design Consultant participation goals in Phone/Chat
Review Design Consultant schedules and participation in customer engagement platforms
Daily data entry of Omni-Channel volume and Design Consultant participation
Monitor and redirect team to meet increased volume days and peak times
Ensure accuracy of all Design Consultant Activity Trackers
Participate and implementation of Phone Sales Regionalization initiative

WORK ACTIVITIES AND TASKS

Monitor Omni Channel Platforms:
- Be an Admin for Phone Sales Loop and Live Chat to ensure:
  - Calls/Chats are being addressed with speed and accuracy
  - Report on Design Consultant activity
  - Create and maintain daily schedule
- Train Design Consultants on using platforms
Daily Reporting of Design Consultant Sales and Metrics:
- Assist in capturing data and maintaining the Scheduling and Productivity Tracker
- Prepare reports for daily/weekly use
- Update metrics daily as needed for the executive team
Business Analytics
- Collaborate and support Sales team with regular reporting in partnership with the Manager of Showroom reporting
- Analyze reporting and provide recommendations

Be an active member of the team to provide guidance, direction, and recommendations to assist the internal and external customer

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in administrative and coordinator work.
Minimum of two (2) years of high-volume, fast-paced and complex analysis and coordination experience.
Proficient in managing Outlook and Microsoft Applications.

The base compensation range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 commensurate with experience.
