This critical role will be responsible for managing and optimizing Wyman’s complete sales cycle process and supporting technologies. This individual will work closely with management and their teams to increase sales efficiency and results through technology. Responsibilities:

● The sales operations position will be responsible for optimizing Wyman’s sales process and associated technologies from lead qualification, discovery, requirements gathering, proposal development, negotiations and contracts, through to fulfillment.

● Responsible for data quality in key sales tools like Salesforce and Smartsheet.

● Collaborate with management to increase sales and sales efficiency to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins.

● Oversee data collection, reporting, analysis, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, to better define sales performance and operational reporting.

● Manage all sales-related data and data sources, organize data and create data assets using tools like Salesforce and Smartsheet.

Experience / Skills:

● Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales operations experience.

● Prior experience working with associations or membership organizations and direct/indirect channel sales or outsourced sales is a plus.

● Minimum of 2 years’ experience maintaining an accurate Salesforce CRM system.

● Experience managing Pardot email marketing.

● Experience updating Conga templates.

● Hands-on experience with Smartsheet

● Excellence in building and collaborating with senior management to gain buy-in for process optimizations and related technology investments.

● Ability to effectively utilize Salesforce to manage assigned clients and territory and update data periodically.

● Results-oriented, tenacious problem solver and self-starter who strategically plans for success and can handle unexpected situations with grace.

● Ability to prioritize and complete tasks based on the current needs of the business. Time management and ownership is paramount in this role.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and with external vendors and customers.

● Excellent planning, investigative, analytical and reporting skills.

● Bachelor of Science in technical or business area or equivalent experience.

Compensation

Base salary $90-$115 (depending on experience) and annual incentive plan.
