Job Description

As a valued member of the Revenue Operations team, the Revenue Ops Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the Finance teams (New Business and Renewals) in the Salesforce CPQ environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ as it relates to contracts, amendments and renewals as well as pricing rules, discounting, and approvals processes, and will be comfortable troubleshooting and remediating issues using best practice guidelines.

What You'll Do

Partner with the Finance team on Salesforce driven monthly, quarterly and annual revenue reporting, including ARR, NRR, reductions and churn, as well as product and customer analytics, to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for opportunity and contract paperwork issues and escalations from the New and Renewal business teams.
Manage and update quote templates utilized by all business teams.
Act as the RevOps lead in any Finance and RevOps cooperative projects, including coordinating discovery calls and translating business needs to the technical development resource(s).
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including the Sales team, to ensure that deal structures align with Finance and Legal requirements.
Assist CPQ users with complex quoting functions that may fall outside the normal scope of end user knowledge and skills, prioritizing Finance team needs.
Collaborate with the finance team to maintain, improve, and align system efficiencies between CPQ and accounting software, Sage Intacct.
Build reports and dashboards to provide the Executive team with insights into key metrics.
Develop documentation and reference materials on new or more challenging processes to enable teams to become more self-sufficient.
Work to improve efficiencies across the quote-to-cash workflow and reduce cycle times.
Manage finance ops related cases within Jira and Salesforce.
Manage dedicated finance team support channels in Slack.

Required Skills And Experience

3+ years experience supporting Finance and/or Sales teams.
3+ years experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
Familiarity with DocGen and DocuSign templates in SFDC.
Practical knowledge of SaaS based metrics and KPIs.
Proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
Documenting new and existing processes and procedures.
Knowledge of Excel and Google Suite.
Experience with Slack, Jira,and Salesforce case management.
Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Tableau dashboard and report creation
Salesforce CPQ back end configuration
Sage Intacct experience
General SFDC administration

Basic Requirements

3+ years experience supporting Finance and/or Sales teams.
3+ years experience with Salesforce.
