We're looking for an exceptional and innovative leader with a growth mindset to join us on our unique journey of building a Three Business unit, with the backing of a hugely successful business.

The role holder will work closely with the Head of Business Telesales, sales leadership team, planning, sales enablement, Commercial teams and other key stakeholders across the business to develop and oversee a smooth, effective sales process that enables growth and prioritises process improvements that deliver the future ambition of Three’s Business.

You will manage the sales operation function, activities & processes that will enable Business Telesales to run effectively, efficiently and support the business strategy, objectives and deliver growth within the Business function. You will manage direct reports in the real-time analyst & sales administrative roles.

You’ll be directly responsible for sales pipeline reporting, leads generation reports, smooth operation of the function, training & improvements implementation, meeting expected SLA and supporting the sales targets whilst ensuring protection of the Three Business Brand, customer promise and commercial outcomes.

This role will be tasked to drive and perform activities that underpin the channel strategy, objective & goals. You will be key in leading the team through significant transformational change, process, onboarding and training improvements.

This position may require some travel between our Reading and Glasgow offices.

What you will do:

Budget & goal setting
Capacity planning
Identifying KPI variances & insight
Identifying efficiency, sales opportunities and process improvements
Subject matter expert inputs to the launch of new propositions & supporting trading priorities
Working collaboratively with planning to determine appropriate staffing levels for the service to meet SLA
Lead on validation and fraud reporting and insights
Monitor, track, analyse and report on sales performance Awareness of day to day service levels,
Customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures
Working with Planning to determine appropriate staffing levels for the service or unit (where appropriate*)
The continuous identification and implementation of operational best practice through interaction with the wider Business team
