Qualifications:

This is a head of revenue, sales and overall business role working closely with the CEO and investors and hence a leadership role and comes with high equity component.

6+ years of Sales experience, ideally in SaaS and Edtech domains with Proven ability to create revenue in a product based startup for an early product

Experience of selling to global markets like US and Europe in SaaS or learning domains

High emotional intelligence, empathy & collaborative approach. Comes with entrepreneurial mindset and high energy and drive to build a zero to one business in a startup environment.

A formal postgraduate business degree (MBA) is a plus but not mandatory

Prior experience with Edtech/SaaS / HR Tech space with great understanding of selling to HR teams and C level execs in India and US

Responsibilities:

Create overall business and sales strategy for Thriving Springs

Create a strong customer pipeline through innovative lead generation and sales strategies

Drive the creation of marketing campaigns and establish thought leadership

Take ownership and drive revenue through customer conversions across India, US, and global geographies

Work closely with customers to understand their use cases and work closely with product and engineering to address it

Build out Sales, Marketing and BD teams to drive all sub-functions of business organization
