Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst based in EMEA. The Sales Operations Analyst role is a key resource to the Sales Organisation within each region by driving commercial and sales processes to delivery efficiency and optimising the Sales Organisation’s productivity. Key Job Responsibilities

Working across departments within the organization to facilitate the closing of deals
Partnering with Sales team to ensure accuracy of the CRM system and to provide ad hoc reports
De-linkage questionnaires, evidence opportunities
Determining correct SKU’s to map to for conversions that are not fully convertible
Update conversion fields, renewal target fields, comp data, contractual uplift fields etc.
Sales support to build/assist carts using appropriate renewal or new assets.
Provide sales process tool and methodology training to new sales hire. Document and publish new internal business training and proposals.
Deliver accurate and on-time analyses, reports and ad-hoc requests for sales leadership. Develop reporting and automation of key performance metrics to help drive revenue and optimise sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Ongoing evaluation of SFDC data inputs to ensure accurate amounts, sales stages, close dates, etc.
Support sales forecasting and planning by creating robust models with data-driven insights
Identify upcoming maintenance renewals by region and prepare notification non-renewal letters for AE's
Facilitate processing of Credit/Rebills as required
Activating signed contracts/PO's in Malbek
Understand product offerings and related value-propositions
Ad hoc projects/initiatives (which could be global, divisional or local in nature)

Qualifications and Skills:

Business / Finance degree
2+ years of experience in a commercial environment
Experienced in working with CRM systems (salesforce.com essential)
Knowledge of sales processes in an enterprise software environment
Assertive and a creative problem solver with a diplomatic approach
Strong analytical skills and business knowledge
Fluency in English. Additional skills Spanish, Italian or French is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
Operates effectively in a high stress environment
Operates at the highest level of integrity
A self-starter, flexible, working independently and ability to make informed decisions
Strong sense of ownership
Collaborative, team player
Willingness to work extended hours during company quarter-end peak periods Team player
