Role Introduction

We are looking for driven individuals who’d like to reimagine their future in a rapidly expanding company. Our Sales Operations team is an extremely important and integral part of our company and manage a number of business critical processes.

As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be based in the Mailbox – our stunning Regional HQ in Birmingham City Centre, which provides the best opportunity for a vibrant social life with colleagues and outside of work.

What You Will Do

Processing customer orders and coordinating handover processes
Providing a range of reports, forecasts and benchmarking tools to the business
Managing data quality and integrity on our CRM system (Salesforce)
Liaising with the sales team and other departments
Providing advice to the wider business on sales processes and best practice
Being a source of knowledge to the wider business for our CRM system (Salesforce)
Responding to queries and managing expectations accordingly
Assisting with training requirements to new team members

What You Will Have

Experience using Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Well organised, with the ability to work proactively in a team, in a busy environment

Some previous experience working in an administrative environment; not necessary, but ideal
