The ideal candidate demonstrates the following core competencies:

Business Acumen: Knows how different healthcare businesses make money; is knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, and technology; is aware of how a variety of strategies and tactics work in the marketplace
Sales Acumen: Understand sales cycle, processes (e.g. prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management) and relevant technologies (e.g. Salesforce).
Sales Strategy Optimization: Works independently and alongside organizational leadership to analyze, define and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve business goals.
Sales Technology optimization: Effective utilization and management of sales tools, systems, and technologies to enhance sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Leverages CRM systems, sales automation tools, data analytics platforms, and other sales technologies to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, automate repetitive tasks, enable accurate sales forecasting, and enhance the overall sales experience.
Proactive and Clear Communication. Inform and influence others in a clear, concise and timely manner.
Agility. Comfort working within a fast-paced and exciting environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and switch priorities effectively.
Process Improvement and Project Management: Analyzes current processes, identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implements changes to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization. Plans, organizes and executes projects related to sales process improvement, system implementation, and operational efficiency, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

The Role: In a Nutshell:

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for building an effective sales operations function that contributes significantly to the growth of TimeDoc. The Sales Operations Leader will report to the VP of Business Development and work closely with the leadership team to define, create and manage processes which will empower our Commercial team to work at maximum efficiency. This includes optimizing the tools that are currently used, the design,automation and delivery of mission critical reporting and analysis, the refinement of existing sales strategies and tactics designed to accelerate our performance and optimize our chances of success..

Responsibilities

Assist with the sales strategy. Develop and optimize the sales strategy for each of our target market segments
Design and audit accurate forecasts and pipeline progression models.
Analyze and report on the performance of the Commercial team to ensure activity aligns with our sales goals - Leads Generation & Conversion, Funnel development, Funnel throughput, Closed Won/Loss reporting, Incentive Comp Tracking
Own the optimization and administration of the sales tech stack in order to improve workflows, efficiencies, and drive data integrity
Manage many data sets and drive data integrity while equipping the sales team to operate quickly and efficiently
Work with the sales leaders to identify process improvement and/or sales training opportunities.
Serve as a liaison to Operations, Marketing and Finance to improve overall effectiveness and accuracy

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in an internally facing Sales Operations role within the Healthcare industry
Healthcare related data management, reporting and analytics experience
Proficient in Microsoft office, excellent with Microsoft Excel
- "Google Suite/MS Office skills with expertise in excel - we're talking pivot tables. V-lookups. H-lookups. No data hiccups."
Salesforce optimization and project management experience
Experienced implementing sales tech stack tools (beyond Salesforce)
Project management (salesforce, Oureach.io, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Ability to anticipate and identify business needs; driving internal requests and translating into compelling solutions for our Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Organized with outstanding attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communications skills
