The Role

TimelyMD is seeking a Revenue Operations Analystto review current revenue processes and recommend, implement, and work cross-functionally to drive adoption. In addition, the Revenue Operations Analyst will have extensive expertise in tools and processes (i.e. forecasting, quota setting, KPI creation & management, and Pipeline analysis) and be able to apply this knowledge to support the operational activities of the team.

This role will report to our Revenue Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

Ensure effective and efficient use and adoption of multiple platforms utilized across the revenue life-cycle (Demandbase, Gainsight, Salesloft, salesforce.com) or others
Identify, recommend and implement tool & process changes directly aligned to the goals and strategies of the business
Perform cross-functional initiatives that enhance applications and processes
Ensure data integrity of the marketing, sales & client success technology stack
Establish KPIs, and design/perform tracking and reporting to those KPIs
Analyze performance of team members & processes – recommend solutions or actions aligned to improvement
Act as primary liaison to internal stake holders (Marketing, Finance, Services/Support)
Promote revenue processes, identify areas of improvement, drive adoption, assist in training/on-boarding of team members

What You Bring

3-5 years relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar discipline
Extensive expertise in Salesforce.com& other sales tech-stack tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, etc…)
Demonstrable knowledge of business processes including Forecasting, Quota Setting, Pipeline management, KPI reporting & measurement
Strong analytical skills & expertise in excel
Strong communication and presentation skills

Mission Driven Purpose

The salary range for this opportunity is $75,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay, and you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay.
