Titan are looking for a strong Sales Operations Coordinator to join our world class specialist client’s team of electrical manufacturing professionals. Duties And Responsibilities

You will work with your customers to identify requirements, prepare and send quotes
Process orders, managing the process from start to finish ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided throughout
Liaise with customers throughout the process ensuring they are kept up to date and answer queries along the way
Ensure all compliance is met
Liaise with internal teams and departments to ensure to co-ordinate orders
Prepare export shipments, liaise with carriers and complete transport documents
Provide quality Sales Administrative support
Other administrative duties as required

To be successful as a Sales Operations Coordinator you will:

Have a solid problem solving skillset and strong attention to detail
Prior experience in an administrative sales coordinator role is highly advantageous
Have the ability to work both cohesively in a team and also effectively on your own
Have the ability to communicate effectively
Strong IT skills with experience In Excel, Outlook and Word (Dynamics 365 experience advantageous)
