Job Summary

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that client sales run smoothly and are handed off to sales effectively by performing administrative functions and instituting processes to support the sales team. In addition, this position includes advisory responsibilities such as identifying gaps in current processes and taking ownership to resolve them on behalf of the sales team, as well as educating team members on process changes and enforcing accountability.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Oversee all quoting and ordering processes to ensure company standards and practices

are being met

Place and track large software, hardware and licensing orders and communicate delivery progress to the associated team
Ensure all opportunities are correctly closed once accepted or signed paperwork is received
Communicate deal closures to appropriate teams via approved sales tools and ensure proper handoff of scheduling and contract creation
Oversee the RFP process from initial contact to delivery.
Work with designated department heads to create comprehensive RFP responses
Create Company proposal and report templates and ensure they follow Company Branding and standards
Update templates with current service language, pricing, dates, contact info, and formatting on an ongoing basis
Provide final review of all client facing documentation to ensure Company standards and practices are being met
Proactively communicate changes of Sales Operations and Proposal procedures and policies to Company staff as needed
Participate with the Marketing department regarding the overall design and creation of marketing materials
Participate in the product creation process and ensure all required documentation is created and accounted for, pricing is documented, and product is ready for market
Vendor Management, including licensing procurement and administration
Review monthly Profitability Reports for Products and communicate any discrepancies to accounting
Provide Director of Sales and Marketing with Sales Performance reports regarding sales as requested
Create and maintain sales tracking dashboards and reports as assigned by Executive Management
Proactively track, maintain, and quote upcoming support renewals for our various products
Salesforce administration and process ownership
Drive operational efficiencies by automating and improving processes, tools, reporting, and dashboards that scale as the business grows
Lead cross-functional projects to support sales and service process optimization end to end. This includes qualitative and quantitative analysis, project management, thought leadership, solution innovation, and change management process improvements
Other Sales Operations and Revenue Enablement duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

3+ years experience in Salesforce (admin level preferred)
2+ years experience in IT and/or Information Security field
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Proficiency in Quotewerks, Autotask, and/or ScopeStack a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely detail oriented
Excellent time management skills – focused on efficiency
Ability to work individually as well as a part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
