THE OPPORTUNITY

TorchStone Global protects people, places, and reputations through integrated security services, protective operations, special projects and training, GSOC and intelligence, and consulting. As a Sunstates Security company, TorchStone now has the reach of a national security services provider behind it, and a real chance to grow faster than it ever could on its own.

That growth requires strong support behind the scenes. We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who brings structure, responsiveness, and accuracy to the sales process through organized lead coordination, pricing support, proposal and presentation development, pipeline administration, and disciplined follow-up. This role enables the service line leaders to focus on client relationships and business development while ensuring the operational details are handled effectively.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Sales Operations Manager provides the coordination, tools, information, and follow-through needed to support TorchStone’s sales and business development efforts. This position organizes inbound leads, supports pricing and quote development using a centralized pricing model, and prepares proposals and RFP and RFQ responses that are accurate, timely, and compelling.

This position reports directly to the CGO of Sunstates Security but works directly with TorchStone’s service line leaders. The Manager supports opportunities from initial intake through contract handoff. The role also coordinates day-to-day business development activity between TorchStone and Sunstates, helping both organizations share information, align resources, and present their combined capabilities effectively. This position offers a base salary of $80,000 plus a 30% bonus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with TorchStone’s participation in industry events and trade shows, including scheduling, materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up.

Systems, Pipeline & Reporting

Maintain Salesforce, HubSpot, and other systems to support accurate lead records, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting.
Prepare recurring reports on pipeline activity, conversion, pricing, proposals, and follow-up status for review by leadership.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
