What you'll contribute to

The National Sales Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national vehicle sales, fleet, integrated planning and logistics activities in order to achieve vehicle sales volume, market share and profitability objectives.

This role is based in Port Melbourne and is a Max term until December 2024.

How you'll make an impact

Contribute to the implementation of agreed sales processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve National Fleet Sales objectives
Assist in the preparing and submitting reports to relevant teams and maintaining dashboards to support the business reporting and forecast activities to the overall objectives of National Sales
Investigate business trends and deviations from previous budget submissions and provide recommendations for rectifications and/or improvement to stakeholder
Processing account transaction process' to internal stakeholders, external vendors and customers in line with National Fleet Sales
Coaching and development to internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and business effectiveness are achieved

Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent experience
Understanding of SAP and vehicle data desirable
Experience in analytics and reporting
