Since the demand for our training has soared, we have an immediate need to expand our team. We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist. As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will report to the Revenue Operations Manager and will provide strategic partnership, technical support, and hands-on execution to help our Sales team drive growth utilizing our systems. We are looking for someone who is passionate about revenue operations and taking ownership of sales data as well as sales systems, like Gong. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with external and internal teams to support the required functionality and use for CRM and sales enablement software systems processes including Salesforce, Gong, LeadIQ, etc Maintain error logs between systems and CRM
Oversee data governance support which will include: Data standards, Data audit, Data structures, User access rights
Collaborate with sales users to update and maintain records within the CRM system while ensuring the CRM’s accuracy and reliability
Support end of sale to verify all mandatory information on Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and closed Opportunities prior to month end. Support open renewal pipeline to ensure renewal opportunities are in the pipeline accurately
Assist with sales reporting, dashboards, and spreadsheets as needed.
Act as a point-of-resource to all the other departments in the company relating to the CRM and sales enablement ecosystem user support related to troubleshooting user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
Own maintenance of sales enablement platforms user training guides, especially Salesforce user training guides to remain up-to-date to reflect current CRM build and intended User Experience
Partner with CRM manager for QA documentation to support in the development and integration of CRM automation tools in order to optimize a sophisticated CRM system
Own Data Governance Dashboard to resolve gaps in data

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years of professional work experience in Sales Systems, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Salesforce Support or related role
Minimum 2 years of experience as Salesforce.com administrative function or 5 + years as a Salesforce power user in Classic or Lightning
Configuration, permissions, security, flow builder experience with Salesforce is must
Experience with Gong is a plus
Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Strong passion for detail and data integrity
Ability to work cross-functionally and build credibility with sales, customer success and external teams and management
Organizational skills that will help to juggle competing demands between marketing, sales, customers, and management
Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and strong presentation skills. Comfortable with being on camera during internal and external meetings.
Proven ability to manage time and workload from a remote/home based office.

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annual salary. Eligible to participate in Traliant’s discretionary bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions of such program, which Traliant may modify or discontinue at any time in its sole discretion. Traliant has sole discretion to determine whether to award a bonus and the amount of any bonus.
