About the role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner with sales, success, marketing, and data teams to establish new and improve existing processes to accelerate go-to-market efforts. This is an opportunity to help build a new function from the ground up and make a meaningful impact on Tremendous’ growth.

What you’ll do:

Establish and own processes to ensure clean and accurate CRM data
Manage quota and commission planning, tracking & reporting
Work with cross functional teams to optimize the sales flow and accelerate deal delivery
Own documentation of sales processes
Help manage account/territory/vertical target lists, assignments and lead scoring initiatives
Be a power user of sales productivity tools (Hubspot, Outreach, 6Sense, etc) to ensure maximum utilization
Identify areas for opportunity, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to drive growth

Requirements

3-4+ years of experience in analytic roles within sales, finance or operations functions
Comfort and competence in early stage environments building processes from the ground up
Strong SQL and Excel skills and experience with Mode (or equivalent analytics tools)
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, determine insights and develop programs to drive productivity and efficiencies
Highly analytical and data driven decision making skills and mindset
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Bonus Points if you:
- Have experience supporting direct sales teams across Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB prospects spanning several verticals
- Have experience with Outreach.io, Hubspot and other CRM software systems
