A Day in the Life

Collaborating with C-Suite to establish a strategic plan and set sales/ financial targets to meet Trendi’s corporate and fiscal goals.
Develop and execute an operational plan to increase Trendi’s global market penetration, generate more business opportunities, and increase sales.
Collaborate with finance, tech, product and marketing teams to develop messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals.
Work with the Senior Director of Sales to develop a global sales team that can drive business growth across all customer segments and product lines.
Develop and implement a robust sales operating system – pipeline, account planning, and proposal process.
Help maximize reach and efficiency by identifying partners and solutions that will enable Trendi to grow and scale in a quick but sustainable manner.
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.
Proactively participating in contract negotiations.

What You Bring to the Table

MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance
10+ years’ in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
Significant general management and P&L experience
Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
History of decision-making based on business metrics
Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

Experience in the food and/or manufacturing industry!
