Work with ambitious people. Solve complex global challenges. Build solutions that move markets.

TRSB is a leading Canadian language and content services company helping enterprise organizations manage multilingual content at scale. OTTO is our AI-powered platform for secure, governed multilingual content workflows.

TRSB looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Growth Manager who can turn technology, data, content and creativity into demand.

Your primary focus won’t be analytics. This is a hands-on execution role.

You will work closely with our GTM Director, Marketing team and Business Development team to identify the right companies, find the right people, create highly relevant outreach, launch campaigns, automate follow-up and generate qualified conversations for TRSB and OTTO.

You will have access to a modern GTM technology stack. Your job is to make it perform.

Your Daily Routine

Build and execute outbound campaigns

Create targeted outbound campaigns around our priority industries, solutions, accounts and buyer personas.
Build account and contact lists using tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn and other data sources.
Research target organizations and identify the people, business events and signals most likely to create a reason for a conversation.
Develop segmented and personalized outreach rather than generic mass campaigns.
Build multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Test messaging, offers, calls-to-action and audience segments continuously.
Work closely with our Business Development team to turn engagement into conversations, meetings and opportunities.

Build our account-based GTM engine

Turn our target-account strategy into executable campaigns.
Identify priority accounts based on industry, company profile, existing relationships, website activity, intent signals and other relevant data.
Use tools such as Clay, Apollo, Snitcher, HubSpot and LinkedIn to enrich accounts and identify buying signals.
Build automated workflows that alert BDRs when meaningful activity occurs.
Help BDRs understand who to contact, why they should contact them and what they should say.
Create highly personalized account plays for our most important prospects.

Generate demand for TRSB and OTTO

Work with our Content and Marketing teams to transform thought leadership, case studies, webinars, events, product launches and industry developments into demand-generation campaigns.
Develop campaigns around specific business problems rather than simply promoting products.
Help TRSB reach enterprise buyers of language, content and multilingual services.
Help OTTO reach leaders responsible for content operations, AI, localization, regulatory content, knowledge management and enterprise workflows.
Support launches of new OTTO solutions, industry-specific offerings and strategic initiatives.
Turn events, conferences and partnerships into structured pre-event and post-event prospecting campaigns.

Use AI and automation to scale execution

Use AI to accelerate research, personalization, messaging and campaign development.
Build practical automations connecting our GTM tools.
Create workflows that enrich accounts, identify relevant triggers, generate personalized outreach and route opportunities to sales.
Experiment with new GTM techniques and tools when they can materially improve campaign performance.
Automate repetitive work while keeping human judgment where it matters.
Rather than building technology for its own sake, work to generate more high-quality sales conversations.

Own campaign performance

Track a focused set of metrics tied directly to revenue generation, including:

Target accounts reached
Relevant contacts identified
Engagement rates
Positive responses
Meetings generated
Sales-qualified opportunities
Pipeline influenced and created
Conversion by campaign, segment and message

You’ll use data to decide what to change next, but you won’t spend your days building dashboards.

Execution comes first. Measurement helps us execute better.
