Role

The Revenue Operations Specialist (ROS) is a critical member of the TrueLark team and essential to supporting the ability of the company to reach its revenue targets.

As a baseline, you must quickly develop a complete understanding of the TrueLark value proposition and how the company’s AI platform uniquely solves problems for its customers.

You will be tasked with operationalizing target lists that reflect the TrueLark ideal customer profile which will be used in the go-to-market motion of the company. You will also be responsible for invoicing our customers, for the end-of-month close process on our CRM and for consolidating monthly reports from our CRM and invoicing platforms.

Qualifications

Strong Excel, CRM, and data management skills
Technical aptitude
Attention to detail and ability to maintain and consistently execute a process
Capacity to work well across departments with diverse teams
Desire, focus, and energy to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot CRM
Experience with with Sales Enablement tools e.g., Reply.IO, ZoomInfo
Experience with payments platforms e.g., Stripe
