While we are physically located in Los Angeles, CA we are happy to work remotely with qualified candidates throughout the US.

The Shopify CRO Expert will be primarily responsible for identifying and executing tangible solutions to drive higher conversion rates and revenue through the introduction and continuous testing of new features and functionalities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own, execute, and project manage the digital website roadmap, which includes tangible solutions to improve site speed, conversion rate, and checkout flow.

Master all 3rd party Shopify apps and continuously research, test and propose new apps to improve revenue or efficiency based on obsession over data/metrics. Examples include bundling, subscriptions, payment solutions, etc.

Hire and work closely with 3rd party developers to meet deadlines. Continuously test new developers to ensure a 1-2 day turnaround time with all web requests.

Create landing pages on a weekly basis with support from creative and performance marketing teams.

Manage product merchandising and website content in support of marketing initiatives.

Partner with Operations to resolve fulfillment and customer order issues and work towards finding and implementing preventative solutions for these issues.

Generate weekly KPI status reports and be accountable for metrics and deadlines for all assigned tasks and projects.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience managing and improving high traffic websites

Experience with Shopify Plus

Solid understanding of various ecommerce tools, such as Gorgias, Google Analytics, Klarna, Certona, etc..

Experience in the beauty / health and wellness space a plus

Experience with other Digital Marketing channels a plus (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, etc.)

Creative and able to think on your feet

Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willing to roll up your sleeves

Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills – both oral and written

Pay: From $50,424.26 per year
