As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes and enhancing the efficiency of our sales team. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the CRM system, creating and building lists, analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and maintain sales reports, forecast models, and performance metrics to enable informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of sales operations.

Responsibilities

Keep the sales pipeline full to consistently move potential clients through the sales process.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports for the sales team and leadership.
Conduct regular reviews of sales metrics, including pipeline analysis, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.
Collaborate with sales management to develop sales forecasts and targets based on historical data and market trends.
Assist in the design and implementation of sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide support in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system administration, including data management, quality management, reporting, and user training.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales initiatives.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects to support sales strategy and operations.
Support the sales development representatives with list building.

About You….

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related field.
Proficiency in data analysis and data extraction tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, Hubspot, Zoominfo.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights in the form of reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with building data manipulation workflows within Hubspot.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $67,000- $70,000
Total On target earnings: $99,000 - $102,000
Healthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)
401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company's 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions only.
Paid Time Off (PTO): fifteen (15) days of PTO on an annual basis.
