We're looking for our first Sales Operations hire to build out the foundation for Turquoise Health’s GTM team. You will drive strategic business initiatives from development and GTM strategy through execution in close collaboration with the VP of Sales. In this position, you will lead non-selling operational activities for the entire sales organization and will coordinate with team members to manage systems, reports, forecasting, quotas and compensation, and analytics – while improving and scaling the process and preserving data integrity. We’ll look to you to bring your experience preparing analysis on forecasting growth, incentive and compensation modeling, and process improvement. You will provide strategic advice to senior leadership on go-to-market motions. Requirements

Most of the time

Drive core revenue operations processes including sales forecasting, territory mapping, account assignments, compensation and headcount modeling, pipeline management, rules of engagement, and reporting
Assist in building the financial plans for territory carvings, account assignments, financial plan, quotas, compensation, etc.
Track and analyze KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment and identify individual performance areas for improvement
Provide direction and advice to the leadership team on key business decisions and methods to increase team productivity; including optimal coverage, hire ramp, quota, and incentive mechanisms
Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to orchestrate plays and programs to successfully meet revenue goals
Build, maintain, update and optimize critical workflows and dashboards in Salesforce for key business stakeholders
Accurately model our sales cycle across products and segments
Create and maintain documentation of sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with on-boarding new sales talent

What You Bring To The Role

4+ years of experience in a sales operations role at a high growth, performance driven SaaS or data company
Deep understanding of the sales operations role, including sales process, reporting and forecasting in a B2B technology environment
Proven excellence in multi tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep Salesforce and MS Excel expertise
Team player with an owner mindset and zero ego
