Description:

Ubiquitous Energy has an exciting opportunity to work closely with business development leadership to support the sales operation. This role you will touch on all aspects of business development including, but not limited to, Salesforce management, market research, policy strategy and research, presentation materials support, financial modeling and operations planning. This is an opportunity to establish yourself as a key business development player inside a high-profile startup that is bringing transformational renewable energy technology to the commercial real estate industry. This role requires a doer that can think strategically, and it will offer the right Individual a high-degree of mobility in the business development group.

Your Role:

Project managing Salesforce implementation, supported by internal and external resources
Work closely with leadership to establish, document and implement processes and workflows that touch all aspects of the customer experience
Maintain accurate record keeping in Salesforce and recommend process improvements to ensure ongoing data integrity and ease of use
Prepare accurate Salesforce reports for the leadership team
Support sales leadership with various market research, data analysis, presentation preparation and financial analyses

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science or other related fields
At least 3-5 years of professional experience
Experience using Salesforce
Experience working with financial / data models in Microsoft Excel
Ability to create professional presentation materials in Microsoft Powerpoint
Familiarity with renewable energy and/or energy efficiency policies
