THE ROLE

The Sales Operations is responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to for UCM. This leader will be responsible for developing data-driven processes, forecasting, managing key performance data for UCM. This role will provide strategic insights and direction to the team and work directly with the Chief Growth Officer on relevant data analysis that informs decisions and future sales targets and future organizational goals. As an integral member of the Business Development team, Sales Operations will be a driving force behind a range of business-critical projects, process improvement initiatives, and tactical execution of the Business Development team. Contribute greatly to the generation of target prospecting and sales cycle comprehension, CRM roadmap, and sales analytics activities. This is a visible position that will have a direct impact on the success of the organization and will present recommendations to executive leadership on a routine basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

Demonstrated experience using data and reporting to identify sales forecasts, performance and productivity metrics, and opportunities to improve the sales function
Oversee the sales funnel and responsible for making sure contacts are moving through the sales funnel smoothly. Develop a process for tracking conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analyzing pertinent data and make recommendations for how to improve the funnel's performance.
Streamlining and optimizing the sales process and pinpoint areas of efficiency and improvements and implement/execute on these opportunities.
Manage sales automation tools including the CRM. Manage CRM data and perform sales forecasting.
Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals. Build and manage dashboards and reporting on sales performance metrics, top-down and bottom-up forecasting, benchmarks, trends, and ad hoc analyses
Define business requirements for sales technology; assist with design, implementation and continuous improvement.
Foster an organization of continuous process improvement

This role will report to the Chief Growth Officer.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred
10+ years of Salesforce or CRM experience
Experience designing, implementing and tracking sales initiatives, including managing sales funnel and pipelines
Collaboratively work with sales teams to ensure performance against quota
High level of understanding of financial metrics and strategy and ability to make decisions using data and revenue metrics
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
