Job Description

UnitedLex has an immediate need for a fully-remote, temporary Sales Operations Manager for approximately 3 months. The role reports to the SVP of Marketing and oversees user support for about 40 sales reps plus training for our sales tech stack, mainly Salesforce. A day in the life of this role includes helping users navigate the sales process using technology and predefined processes, data management, and reporting support.

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Manager administers the UnitedLex commission program including supporting the commission software and handling commission data and dispute resolution.
Additional responsibilities include new user onboarding and training, system administration, system and process enhancements, and report and dashboard creation and management.
While user support and commissioning are the meat and potatoes of the job, system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data management are critical components.
An outstanding candidate will enjoy creative freedom to design and enhance systems and processes and create reports that truly steer the business.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent
3-5 years with high level Excel and data analysis
Passion for customer service and strong communication aptitude
Excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to show initiative and self-direction

Salary Range

The salary range for this role reflects the range of factors that inform case-by-case compensation decisions including education, experience, training, licensure, certification, and geography as well as the business and organizational needs specific to the role. Compensation ranges may be broad, reflecting flexibility within the budget and title to consider candidates of varied experience. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role is $55 to $75 per hour.
