Role Summary:

The Sales Operations Analyst reports to the Guest Loyalty Team Senior Manager and will support our growing sales team by supporting overall Sales Strategies, Sales Data Management, and Sales Analytics through the optimization of processes along the customer journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Look at ways to increase automation and scalability on all our processes and initiatives as needed

Drive to optimize operational processes and ensure seamless systems integration
Ensure data quality and hygiene within Salesforce and other company tools
Own and participate in long-term projects aimed at improving internal efficiency or sales rep productivity
Manage and support cross-functional initiatives serving as a liaison between Sales and other key partner teams: Marketing, Data and Analytics, Operations and Integration Technology
Standardize business reporting and create dashboards for sales executives
Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine run faster
Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools. Ex: email prospecting, content enablement software, AI integration
Work with the Data team on Building and Maintaining a reporting infrastructure and dashboards from Salesforce and PowerBi in support of the Guest Loyalty Team
Help implement projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout Sales Operations, the sales organization, and companywide
Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to track plan performance and metrics
Calculate compensation, reconciliation and communicate to HR / Finance Team

Solid understanding of how to effectively leverage and interact with various teams throughout the organization
Have owned the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of Salesforce beneficial

Strong analytical and communication skills

Fanatical attention to detail, and documentation
Excellent Oral and written Communication Skills
Passionate about delivering an Awesome Guest experience at every touchpoint
Experience with state-of-the-art call center systems/technologies. EX: SFDC, Five9, PowerBi, MS Suite with a focus on MS Excel
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
