Director of Sales and Operations -

The Director of Sales and Operations will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of sales and operations within our franchise network and corporate centers. This position will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and optimizing the member experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, operations, and team leadership.

This ideal candidate will have a performance-driven mindset and be passionate about sales and achieving results. They must be personable, confident, extroverted and well informed and adaptable to the latest trends in the industry. This includes a proven commitmentto upgrading themselves personally, so that they are best suited to upgrading the individualsand teams that they serve.

What You Will Be Doing -

Drive the success of the Sales and Operations Team which includes onboarding of new franchisees, training, development, and performance management for franchise and corporate centers
Manage, monitor, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of high performance and customer excellence
Seek ways to improve and maximize efficiency and performance at both franchise and corporate levels by demonstrating strong mastery of Upgrade Labs systems and processes, including center operations and sales tactics
Lead and manage franchise coordinators to onboard new franchisees, ensuring they are well-prepared and ready for sales success
Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate and schedule various trainings and launches, such as franchise trainings, presale trainings, center openings, and sales events
Collaborate with field teams to effectively manage and exceed all sales and operational goals at Upgrade Labs franchise and corporate centers
Oversee the development of sales materials and training manuals to support the sales team in achieving their targets
Maintain and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services
Work with the CPG team to develop and maintain the center's retail offering, ensuring it aligns with projected sales pipeline and customer preferences
Submit accurate and comprehensive monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales, and operational performance projections
Attend meetings with senior management team, providing detailed sales and operational updates for franchise and corporate centers
Speak passionately and knowledgeably about the Upgrade Labs brand, effectively representing the company's values and mission
Participate and present at Discovery Days, Franchise Training, monthly webinars, sales conferences, and other relevant events
Stay informed about changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors in the industry, sharing insights and recommendations to drive business growth

What It Takes / Requirements -

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry
Franchise experience required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
Passion for driving start up success
Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence within a multi-unit or franchise environment
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in sales management techniques, CRM systems, and reporting
Ability to travel as needed to support franchise locations - up to 75% of the time

Compensation -

Based on the requirements above we are offering an annual salary range of$90,000 - $100,000 for this position.
