In our next Chief Financial Officer, we seek an outstanding professional with a proven track record of successful financial leadership and evidence of successfully leading a finance function; contributing to strategy at board level; delivering change through new systems and processes; and meeting all aspects of financial compliance. The appointee will be a dynamic and inspirational character with the ability to influence change and steer new ways of working.

Existing school experience is not a prerequisite, and applications are encouraged from candidates from a wide range of commercial, charitable, private-sector, and public-sector backgrounds. “Pupils demonstrate positive attitudes towards work and study. They have good literacy skills at all ages and articulate ideas and opinions fluently. Work is generally presented neatly and pupils’ note-taking is effective. They develop good numeracy skills and their capacity to think critically is notable. Creative abilities are well developed and their exploration of ideas is particularly marked in their enrichment activities. Pupils’ study habits are good. In the lessons observed, pupils worked very well with each other, and also worked well independently. They enjoy their work and this stems in part from the good-natured atmosphere in lessons. Pupils use information and communications technology (ICT) proficiently.”
