Title: Regional Vice President

Location: Northern California (Relocation Assistance Available)

Pay Range: $200K-$240K Base + Bonuses

Our client has a 30+year history in the distribution of building materials for both commercial and residential applications. They have had consistent growth over the last 10 years and are searching for a Regional Vice President to lead Branch Sales and Operations.

Position Summary

Lead all aspects of branch management sales and operations across 6 state region
Set and exceed regional branch sales goals and objectives
Manage regional budget
Identify, recruit, lead, and retain top sales and operations talent

Skills/Requirements

5+ years of Regional/District Manager experience overseeing multiple locations
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Ability to travel 50%+ regionally
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operations goals
Successful history in team leadership and development
